The Wilmer Biostatistics Center (WBC) is a core group of biostatisticians and senior consultants, who provide general statistical support and specialized expertise. The WBC has both in-house expertise in biostatistics, methodology and study design along with a team of statisticians drawn from the Department of Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. We aim to provide study planning and analytic resources to Wilmer faculty in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The WBC is accessible to all Wilmer faculty and their trainees. Requests for support are handled as they are received and the wait time will depend upon the current demand for services. Please log in to iLab and visit the Request Services tab to submit a request. WBC can provide support throughout grant development, data collection and analysis phases of a study.
The WBC is currently partially supported by a P30 grant through NEI. All users will receive 15 hours of subsidized service. A rate of $120 per hour will apply after the initial 10 hours of service. All subsidized and free service is contingent upon users complying with NEI requirements regarding funding acknowledgement and submission of manuscripts to PubMed Central in compliance with NIH Public Access Policy.
Please note: SPONSOR acknowledges that any Task Order establishes an hourly rate for services to be performed. The estimated hours are subject to change based on the nature of the project and time required for completion of specified tasks.
